Hi, I'm Rachel
I believe that, no matter what the issue, you deserve a supportive space where you can feel safe and heard, so you can make sense of whatever is going on in your life.
With over 35 years of experience in international education and wellbeing settings across the UK, Europe, and Asia, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and communities from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I am not here to tell you what to do. Instead, I work with you to build insight, resilience, and confidence, using an approach grounded in warmth, curiosity, and genuine respect for your unique story.

Qualifications
- ✓ BA (Hons.) Education
- ✓ BSc. (Hons.) Psychology
- ✓ MA Counselling (Monash University)
Experience
- • 25+ years in International Education across the UK, Europe, and Asia
- • IB PYP Trainer and Training Programme Manager
- • Full-time School Counsellor at ACS Egham International School
- • Counsellor for Hong Kong refugee and homeless NGOs
